3. Payment
We charge a fee for our content writing services. The fee varies depending on the type of service and the amount of content needed. We will provide you with an estimated cost before starting the work. Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment through various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as deemed appropriate by us.
3.1 Credit offer
We offer a $100 credit to the client’s account on our platform on a purchase of $100 or more to their account. This offer is only valid to use per client and the added credit will expire after 30 days.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, log in to your account or sign up to our portal if you haven’t created your account yet. Start your order by filling out all the fields in the order form. Specify your target audience, keywords, category, and any other relevant information. Next, choose a payment method, provide your billing information, and proceed to place your order.
5. Revisions and Refunds
5.1 Free Revisions
We are aware that encapsulating your style may take time. This is why we provide 3 revisions for free until the order has been approved by the customer.
In case the order has been approved by the customer, and a revision is required, the revision will be paid. The process in case of such a revision can be started by emailing us at [email protected] with all the relevant details.
Please allow us 4-5 business days for each revision.
5.2 Refund Policy
As a general rule, refunds are not extendable. If you’re not satisfied with our content, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and do whatever we can to tailor the content to your preferences.
Account credits are considered on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not grant an account credit request without a chance at revising the content. If we aren’t able to meet your expectations after 3 revisions, you may request an account credit.
5.3 Deposit Policy
You can deposit funds to your account anytime via your credit card, PayPal, or ACH bank transfer. We will keep the funds active in our system until they are exhausted. In case you require a refund on your deposited amount, you can email us at [email protected].

All content created by us for our clients is the intellectual property of our clients.
